WEMCA VISION AND VALUES

We are a volunteer association striving to make our neighborhood a better place to live, with membership being open to everyone residing in the neighborhoods of Gladewater Estates, Hungary Glen, Huntington, Hunters Ridge, St. James Place, Traditional Manor, Walton Farms, West End Manor, and Woodlake within Henrico County, Virginia.

We are responsive to our community’s needs through the relationships we build with our neighbors, neighborhood businesses, community organizations, the County of Henrico, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We operate as a conduit of information for our neighbors. By providing speakers at our meetings, and maintaining a membership groups and web site, we keep our neighbors aware of County operations, community organizations and events and potential developments and changes in the neighborhood.

We promote activities within our neighborhood, such as the beautification of the association’s 14 acres of land, a scenic lake, and community events.

We offer an opportunity for the community to bring forth their concerns and problems, providing direction and connecting them to resources for further investigation of their issues.

Serving OVER 1,200 homes in Gladewater Estates, Hungary Glen, Hunters Ridge, Huntington, St. James Place, Traditional Manor, Walton Farms, West End Manor, & Woodlake
